You are a member of the Human Resources Department of a medium-sized organization that is implementing a new inter-organizational system that will impact employees, customers, and suppliers. Your manager has requested that you work with the system development team to create a communications plan for the project. He would like to meet with you in two hours to review your thoughts on the key objectives of the communications plan. What should those objectives be?

Instructor Comments To be followed:

1) Pay close attention to the instructions for the graded assignments. You only needed to answer question #2

2)Need to elaborate more on the key objectives of a communication plan. Should have approximately one page per question.

3) Few grammar, spelling, punctuation, or capitalization errors.

4) Use of I, we, you, etc… is not proper APA format. Do not write in the first person.

5) Use Times New Roman, 12 point font for the entire paper.

6) Missing running head. Please see the APA Formatting links at the top of the online classroom for correct APA format.

7) Use double line spacing for the entire paper (2.0).

8) Begin the body of the paper at the left margin (1″). Headings (questions) should remain at the left margin (not be indented, or numbered). 

9) All other body paragraphs should have a first line indent of one half inch.

10)Remove extra spacing after all body paragraphs.

11)Need at least two references.
